Wildflower Garden Club

The goal of the Wildflower Garden Club of Alaska (WGCA) Grants Program is to encourage botanical education by funding scholarly studies, scientific research projects or work in the areas of Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Forestry, Botany, Agronomy, and Plant Pathology and/or allied subjects. The total amount to be awarded each year is determined by the WGCA Executive Committee. The minimum request considered will be $200. The number of awards will vary each year dependent upon the amount of money requested and the total amount to be awarded.
Grant: Individuals and non-profit entities engaged in mission-related
work in the fields of botany, horticulture, agriculture, forestry, landscape
design, plant pathology, floriculture or allied subject may apply for grant
funding for scientific, research, design or development projects.
Organizations that apply must have 501(c)(3) status as a non-profit
recognized by the IRS and the State of Alaska.
